What SoloWeave is

SoloWeave is a directory. We are not a broker, funding portal, marketplace or agent. We don’t handle money between founders, partners or investors, don’t review deals, don’t rank investment quality and don’t take success fees. Anyone who contacts someone through SoloWeave does so at their own risk and is responsible for their own due diligence and legal compliance.

Listings

You must own or be authorized to represent the product you list. We may edit, reject or remove any listing. We don’t accept gambling, adult content, crypto giveaways, link farms, or products that don’t work yet.

Investment fields are for stating interest only. Don’t post valuations, share terms, offering documents or promised returns.

Boost ($10, one-time)

A boost features an approved listing on the homepage for 7 days (starting when it is both paid and approved), gives it a followed link and priority review. Boosted listings are sponsored placements.

If we can’t verify that you control the listed domain, or we reject the listing, the boost is refunded in full. If you take a live listing down yourself, the boost is not refunded. Paying doesn’t skip review.

Accounts

You sign in with Google or GitHub. You’re responsible for what you post. We may suspend accounts that spam, impersonate others or break these terms.

No warranty

SoloWeave is provided as is. We aren’t liable for any deal, collaboration or investment made between users.
